If you want the cozy comfort of fall first thing in the morning, these chai chia overnight oats are for you. They’re filled with warm spices & healthy fats. Top them with homemade chai spiced granola, almond butter, & honey crisp apples, & you have yourself the most satisfying breakfast.

CHAI CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS:

1/3 cup quick oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon flax seeds

1/2 teaspoon chai spice (recipe here)

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Optional toppings: Chai Spiced Granola, yogurt, almond butter, chopped apples, banana

  1. To a storage container add oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, & vanilla protein powder. Mix until combined.
  2. Next, add the milk & maple syrup. Stir until the mixture is combined & allow to sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) before topping with toppings of your choice & enjoying.
