I’ve been eating this chai spiced granola by the handful! If you’re a little fancier than me, you can put yours on a yogurt bowl, smoothie, or chia seed pudding. This would also be great as a snack mix! Mix in some dark chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, & pretzels for a fun twist. It’s SO good!

CHAI SPICED GRANOLA:

1 cup oats

1/4 cup pecans

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup cashews

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon chai spice (recipe here)

1 teaspoon vanilla

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup coconut sugar, to top

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, hemp seeds, chai spice, & salt.
  3. Add the maple syrup, butter, & vanilla & mix until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread mixture over the baking sheet & sprinkle the coconut sugar on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Toss the granola mixture after the 15 minutes are up & bake for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let granola cool completely before storing it in a sealed jar.
